Why seal your home during construction ?

Before and during construction pest control treatments offer special protections not always available in a post construction treatment. What does Premier Pest actually do ?

We use select materials to seal the stucco support trim to the sill plate, the number one entry point, so pests can't crawl into unfinished walls. We also seal from the inside the a/c refrigerant line openings, water and natural gas pipe openings and water sprinklers entry points. In addition to sealing the home the second stage involves injecting a desiccant dust product into the wall voids that becomes a permanent application once the interior walls are finished.

Is this treatment all you need to do to control pests ?

Building a new home in the desert means displacing native pests. Until they are discouraged or their population diminished enough they will continue to try to live as they had before your home was constructed. This sealing significantly helps. We need to inspect about the time the stud walls are being completed and treat when the foam and chicken wire is completed on the exterior (stucco homes).
